By using Coroas you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.

Your material

You keep every right you have in what you bring in and in the drafts you make here. Coroas does not claim ownership of your stories, lyrics, recordings or finished songs, and does not use your material to train models.

You are responsible for the material you submit. Do not submit material you have no right to submit.

AI output

Drafts, edits, analysis and artwork produced here are generated by machine learning models. They may be wrong, may be unremarkable, and may resemble existing work by coincidence or otherwise.

We make no claim that AI-generated output is legally unique, original, or free of third-party rights. Evaluating what comes back — and deciding whether to use it — is your responsibility. If a song matters commercially, have a person qualified to do so review it.

Coroas will not imitate a specific living songwriter on request. Requests of that kind are translated into broad musical characteristics instead.

Songprint

Songprint is cryptographic evidence that a fingerprint was timestamped onchain. It is not a copyright registration or determination of authorship or ownership.

Blockchain records are public and permanent. A Songprint cannot be deleted or amended once confirmed, which is exactly why only a hash is published.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are settled in USDC on Solana from your own wallet. There are no card payments and nothing is stored on file. A plan runs for thirty days from the payment that activated it and then lapses; there is no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.

Because payments settle onchain and are irreversible, they are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits are the numbers published on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Coroas to produce material that harasses, defames or impersonates a real person.
• Do not attempt to reproduce existing copyrighted songs through it.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or the payment verification.
• Do not resell access to the generation endpoints.

Availability

Coroas depends on third-party services. Any of them can be unavailable. We aim to fail visibly and without losing your work — drafts are saved locally as you type — but we do not warrant uninterrupted service.

Liability

Coroas is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including any dispute over a song's originality, authorship or ownership.
