Coroas is not a machine for producing songs. There are plenty of those, and the songs they produce are technically competent and completely forgettable, because they are built out of the average of everything rather than out of one person's specific afternoon.

What it is, is a room. You bring in the thing you can't stop thinking about — the story you tell badly at parties, the four lines that won't turn into a chorus, the voice note you made in a parking lot. Coroas reads it the way an editor reads it: looking for the one true thing underneath, and for everything sitting on top of that thing making it harder to hear.

Then it does what a good co-writer does. It names the heart. It proposes a shape. It writes a draft you can argue with. It tells you which line is explaining something the next line already shows. It does not tell you the song is wonderful.

What we won't do

We don't imitate living songwriters. If you ask for a song that sounds exactly like a specific artist, Coroas will translate that into musical characteristics — instrumentation, tempo, register, era — and write something of its own instead. Nobody's voice is a style preset.

We don't manufacture endorsements, testimonials or quotes. Nothing on this site is attributed to anyone who didn't say it.

We don't claim what a Songprint isn't. It is a timestamp. It is not copyright, not proof of authorship, and not a legal determination of anything — and we say so on every page it appears on rather than in a footnote.

We don't make your work public. Drafts live on your device until you save them. Nothing gets a URL unless you make one. Lyrics on a shared Song Card are off by default and stay off until you turn them on.

Where you stand

You remain responsible for the material you bring in and for evaluating what comes back. An AI draft is not automatically original, and we make no claim that it is. Read it the way you'd read a co-writer's suggestion: useful, fallible, and yours to accept or throw out.
